BY USING THIS SITE AND/OR BY MAKNG A PURCHASE ON THIS SITE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE FINALISING YOUR PURCHASE.

  1. ORDER CONFIRMATION

All purchases are final. Tickets purchased together will be side by side. After you have finalised your purchase, you will receive a notification email confirming your purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation email within one day, please contact us immediately to check your order.

  1. PAYMENT

Tickets purchased together will be side by side. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are guaranteed after your order has been confirmed, your selected payment method has been charged, and your purchase is completed. Please note the prices are set by sellers and may be lower or higher than face value, and are subject to change based on factors including seat location, supply and demand, date and location of event, etc. Epic Tickets provides you with the service and convenience of locating premium and other tickets that are difficult to find or sold out via primary distribution channels.

  1. SECURITY

Epic Tickets offers secure payment on our website using a secured 128bit SSL checkout for all payments. All orders may be subject to further verification. This may include but is not limited to Credit Card and ID verification.

  1. DELIVERY

All tickets will be shipped no later than 14 days before the event, unless otherwise specified. If the event occurs within 14 days, tickets will be shipped within 24 hours. Hard copy tickets are securely posted via Australia Post, and e-tickets will be sent to your designated email address. Epic Tickets recommends purchasing e-tickets for last minute events to ensure you receive the tickets in time for your event.

If you are travelling for the event and will not be available to accept the package at your original shipping address, it is your responsibility to notify Epic Tickets and provide an alternate shipping address. Epic Tickets is not responsible for tickets that have been misdelivered due to erroneous entries on the checkout page.

  1. RETURNS

All purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted, except when an event has been cancelled by the organisers (see item 8).

  1. LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS

When you receive your tickets please keep them in a safe place. Tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, stolen or damaged. Epic Tickets is not responsible for any damages incurred while your tickets are in transit or after they have been delivered to you.

  1. EVENT DATES AND TIMES

Event dates and times are printed on the face of the tickets. Please note that event dates and times are subject to change, and it is your responsibility to check local listings for updates. Epic Tickets is not responsible for changes in date or time of an event, and refunds will not be issued. Once you have purchased a ticket, Epic Tickets takes no responsibility for date or time changes.

  1. CANCELLED EVENTS

If an event is cancelled by the organisers a full refund of the amount paid will be provided. You will be required to provide your proof of purchase to receive your refund. Exceptions apply, contact us for more information.

In the event of a rainout or strike for a sporting event, no refunds will be made.

  1. RESCHEDULED EVENTS

If an event  is rescheduled or postponed, the existing tickets will be honoured for the rescheduled event date, and no new tickets will need to be issued for most rescheduled events or postponements. Epic Tickets will not offer refunds or exchanges on rescheduled events.

  1. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Epic Tickets is not responsible for providing transportation or reimbursement of travel-related expenses under any circumstances. Nor are we responsible for any delay causing you to arrive late or miss your event for any reason. We are not responsible for the conditions or actions of the crowd at any event, nor are we responsible for any changes made at the venue including, but not limited to, seating arrangements, stage set-up, or venue conditions.

The tickets you purchase from us are valid. If someone is sitting in your assigned seat, it is your responsibility to ask them to move, or ask an usher to assist you.
